About Tara Mullarkey
I'm Tara Mullarkey — an MBA, entrepreneur, author of 7 Figure Coach, and founder of SCALA Boutique Ads Agency. For more than 13 years, I've worked in the high-ticket coaching and online business industry, building my own businesses and helping clients create systems for attracting and enrolling premium buyers.
My career began in finance on Wall Street. That background shaped how I approach business: with attention to numbers, positioning, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth. I later built an eight-figure coaching business, bringing that experience into the strategy and execution I offer clients today.
Through SCALA, I work with established coaches and service providers on paid advertising, conversion-focused funnels, and high-ticket sales systems. My focus isn't simply generating clicks or leads; it's building a customer acquisition process around a viable offer and the right buyer.
I'm also the author of 7 Figure Coach, a book about premium positioning, paid advertising, and building a coaching business that doesn't depend entirely on organic social media.

Outside of work, I spend time between San Diego and Fort Lauderdale. I love salsa and bachata dancing and traveling — I've visited more than 20 countries. My Catholic faith is an important part of my life.
